Spider & Web Necklace

This is a project that can be completed over a weekend. The spider is made amigurumi-style. It measures 4.5cm body length and 7cm including the legs. The necklace is 40cm long and is easily adjustable. Attach a clasp and jump ring, or it can be tied with extra yarn if preferred. Level: Intermediate Photo guidance is provided and a chart is included for construction of the web. Equipment needed: * Superfine cotton in black and white * 2.5mm crochet hook * Medium weight black cotton for spider legs * Scrap yarn for stuffing * PVA glue * Scrap red yarn for eyes (optional) * Clasp and jump ring (optional) * Stitch markers, yarn needle, embroidery scissors * Black sewing thread and needle * Magifying glasses (or very good eysight) and good lighting * Blocking mat and stainless pins (recommended)
