Nora socks

*.. Sometimes simple and understated is timeless and beautiful. These socks became one of my favourites almost immediately and have already seen a great deal of wear. The socks are worked from the cuff down in the round on double-pointed needles. **Shoe size:** EU 38 / 39 **Leg cirqumference:** approx. 16 cm / 6.3” **Leg height:** approx. 12 cm / 4.7” **Foot circumference:** approx. 19 cm / 7.5” **Foot length:** approx. 24-25 cm / 9.4”-9.8” **Yarn requirements:** Schachenmayr REGIA Tweed (fingering weight) colour (00090), approx. 100 g (1 skein) **Needles:** 2.5 mm / US 1½ DPNs, or size needed to obtain gauge **Other materials:** Tapestry needle and cable needle **Gauge:** 30 sts and 42 rows in stockinette stitch = 10 cm (4x4”) 40 sts and 42 rows in lace / textured knitting = 10 cm (4x4”) *..Joskus yksinkertainen ja selkeä on hyvin ajaton ja kaunis.
