**CONSTRUCTION** This vest is worked in pieces from the bottom up. The split ribbed hem is worked flat and then the work is joined in the round to work the front stranded section with the addition of steeks. The back is worked flat. The front armholes are worked longer than the back and will wrap over the shoulder when worn. Once the steeks are cut open the shoulders are joined with a three-needle bind-off. Side seams are also joined with an exposed three-needle bind-off. Stitches are then picked up around the neck to work the neck ribbing, and armholes are finished with an I-Cord bind-off.
