Citron Club Mini Tote

The Citron Club Mini Tote is giving French country club... She’s perfect for a lemon sorbet date, lunch under a striped umbrella, or simply pretending you’re in the South of France. The lemon print sewn-in lining (optional in the pattern) gives a little pop of colorful surprise. This bag is crocheted with 2 strands of yarn held together throughout the pattern. Be sure to block your squares (I prefer steam blocking) before seaming them together. Bag is made by first crocheting 5 idential granny squares. Squares are then seamed together and a top stitch detail is added along with two short straps. If adding a fabric lining, you’ll need half a meter of cotton fabric. Lining is sewed by machine first then hand-stitched into the bag along the top edge using small stitches that are evenly placed. Gauge is not hugely important, however using a different hook size and yarn weight will result in a different size bag.
