Bunny Sweater

**Construction:** This is a made-to-measure cat sweater, since cats vary in size so much! Because of that, gauge swatching and measuring your cat are very important steps. If your cat is agreeable, I would strongly recommend trying on the sweater on them as you work so that it will fit perfectly! Please adjust the pattern as you see fit based on your cat’s body. This sweater is worked from bottom up (tail to head). There are pairs of decreases in the center as you work upwards towards the armholes. Once you reach where the bottom of the armholes would be, you will bind off a few stitches on each side of the center to make the armholes. From here, you will work two flat pieces: the belly piece, and the back piece. Then once the same number of rows have been worked and the length of both pieces are sufficient, you will do backwards loop cast on to connect the belly back to the back piece. There are a few more decrease rows once joined back in the round, then you will continue to knit in the round until the desired length. I have included a few additional optional modifications for the bottom edge as well as the collar and armholes. Once you have measured your cat, plug those numbers into the spreadsheet and use the resulting numbers throughout the pattern. **Yarn:** Any weight yarn works as long as you gauge swatch.
