These gloves make me want to vogue, with Madonna reverberating in my head as I strut *fabulously* down the street. 1x1 rib comfort and sleekness, with the drama (*drama!*) of the dropped stitch cushiony goodness, means we are ready to make ourselves known! **Sizing** ========== S: (18cm/7 in.) hand circumference M: (19cm/7.5 in.) hand circumference L: (20.5 cm/8 in.) hand circumference **Size of glove:** ------------------ Note: Since the glove is all over rib, the garment is worn with a ~4 cm/ ~1 ½ in. negative ease. **S:** 13.5/5¼ in hand circumference, (~24cm/ ~9 ½ in.) full length **M:** 14.5 cm/5¾ in hand circumference, (~26.5cm/ ~10 ½ in.) full length **L:** 16 cm/6¼ in hand circumference, (~28 cm/ ~11 in.) full length Note: The length is easily altered. **Yarn** ======== **75(85, 95)g** or **180(205, 230)m** or **197(223,250)yds** of DK weight yarn. This includes yarn for a small swatch. In this case, I used 80g(192m/210yds) for a pair of gloves in a size L of Etrofil's Bluefaced Leicester in color Pale Blue (75180). **Needles** =========== Either: 2 pairs of 3.5 mm (US 4) circular needles (min. length 25 cm/10 in). or 1 pair of 3.5 mm (US 4) dpns 1 pair of 3.5 mm (US 4) circular needles (min. length 25 cm/10 in). **Notions** =========== * Tapestry/Darning needle * Scrap yarn in similar weight as main project for provisional cast on. * 3 stitch markers * Spare piece of yarn to hold sts * Crochet hook appropriate for yarn **Techniques Used** *All techniques are explained in the pattern.
