Squiggle Sweater

The Squiggle Sweater is a beginner friendly intro to cabling. The sweater is knit top down and features cabling throughout the raglan increases to create the *squiggle* design. There is german short row shaping in the neckline, creating a flattering silhouette. The pattern includes video tutorials demonstrating the techniques needed to complete the sweater, including but not limited to the cables and increases. The tutorials make this pattern easy to follow for both beginners and more advanced knitters alike. Not only is this is a perfect introduction to cabling, it's a unique take on a typical raglan construction!! :) This pattern is designed to have approximately 6" of positive ease at the bust measurement for a slightly oversized fit. The measurements are as follows: Sizes: 1,(2),3,(4),5,(6),7,(8),9 Bust Circumference ("/cm): 36,(40),44,(48),52,(56),60,(64),68"/91.5,(101.5),112,(122),132,(142),152.5,(162.5),173cm (*note* the bust circumference measurement will be the same as your finished garment measurement) Yoke Depth ("/cm): 7.5,(8),8.5,(9),9.5,(10),10.5,(11),11.5"/19,(20.5),21.5,(23),24,(25.5),26.5,(28),29cm Sleeve Length ("/cm): 14,(14.5),14.5,(15),15,(15.5),15.5,(16),16"/35.5,(37),37,(38),38,(39.5),39.5,(40.5),40.5cm The amount of yardage of DK weight yarn you will need (depending on your measurements) is approximately: 1258y/1150m,(1366y/1249m),1478y/1351m,(1586y/1450m),1697y/1552m,(1808y/1653m),1977y/1808m,(2144y/1960m),2312y/2144m I preferred knitting my Squiggle Sweater using a cotton yarn or cotton blend, but you can use whatever composition tickles your fancy!!
