Leda bag

Leda is a crocheted market bag that is perfect for packing a book and your swimwear for a lovely trip to the beach. However, it can also be used for yarn shopping. It is crocheted in a variation of traditional filet crochet. The bag is worked from the bottom up, and only the straps need to be sewn together at the top to finish. The pattern is available in Danish and English. Yarn: Krea Delúxe organic cotton (100 % cotton, 165 m/50 g), 4 skeins, colour 01 Hook: 3 mm or the one that gives you the right gauge. How it is made: This airy bag is perfect for packing a book, sunglasses and a bathing suit. It is made in a variation of the classic filet crochet. First the bottom of the bag is made as a rectangle, then the body of the bag is made in turned rounds. The straps are made in rows. Finished measurements: 38 cm wide, 56 cm tall including straps
