The Ramona Skirt

This is a PDF crochet pattern with instructions and photos to crochet the piece. Refunds are strictly NOT available for digital items. I'd love to introduce you to my 2nd crochet pattern - ☆ The Ramona Skirt ☆. The V-shape in the back of the waistband provides a flattering fit while also naturally making the skirt longer in the back, so your booty stays covered even if you want to make your skirt short. The closure is at the side - the pattern includes instructions for either a button closure or a zipper. However, you could easily adapt the closure and make it into a lace-up instead! Oh and did I mention the fact that you can turn it into a little asymmetrical skirt? Just turn the closure to the back of your waist, placing the V-shape on your hip, and there you go! 2 ways to wear 1 skirt! Terminology: US terms Language: English Sizing: made-to-measure Version: right-handed Construction: the waistband is worked sideways, the skirt part is worked from the waistband downwards MATERIALS NEEDED: • sport or fingering weight yarn - this pattern is made-to-measure, so you can technically use whatever yarn you'd like, however - sport or fingering weight yarn made out of natural fibers (like cotton, bamboo, linen, merino...) works best for a lightweight and breathable result. • a thinner yarn than your main one - if you plan on adding the lace trim to your skirt, you'll also need a yarn that's 1 size smaller than your main yarn (I used super fine/fingering crochet thread for my lace trim). • an appropriate hook for your main yarn + a size up of 0.5-1mm - I used a 3mm and 3.5mm one combined with my sport weight yarn. • an appropriate hook for your thinner yarn - I used a 2mm hook for my super fine/fingering crochet thread. • a zipper (I used a 22cm invisible zipper) and a sharp embroidery needle OR buttons OR a ribbon (depending on what type of closure you plan on making) • stitch markers • scissors  • a measuring tape • a tapestry needle (for weaving in ends/ sewing on buttons) • elastic thread (optional) TERMS OF USE: ~ this pattern is strictly for personal use only, no part of this pattern should be redistributed in any way, shape, or form ~ feel free to sell your finished item, but please credit me (@maky_mot on Instagram) as the designer and tag me whenever you post it online ~ do not use my photos or my testers’ photos to advertise the finished product for commercial use without consent ~ creating a pattern or posting a tutorial video based on or inspired by this design is strictly prohibited ~ if you have any questions about this pattern, feel free to contact me on Instagram (@maky_mot) or via email at marketamotanova@seznam.cz. 《Purchasing this item means you agree with the TOU.
