I designed this necklace as part of a collection especially for Barcelona Knits. It was initially only available as a diy kit and the pattern is now finally available for download! This city is so magical, I’ve been there several times and I love it so much. Each necklace of the collection is inspired by fabric prints in the style of Gaudi and Barcelona out of which I made matching project bags for every necklace which you can find in my Etsy shop: anmiwe.etsy.com This design features easy garter stitch rows which form an interesting shape by using German short rows. Add some chains to rock this necklace! I used hand dyed yarn by Cosmic Strings who even dyed exclusive colorways just for my designs and to match the fabrics; also the finest materials like stainless steel and even a gold plated pendant for this exclusive collection. For the first time ever I even had my very own engraved logo tags made, which I add to every diy kit. And to double the fun, each necklace is reversible! Happy knitting! WHAT YOU NEED: • 2.0mm crochet hook • 2.0mm circulars (and dpns for the i-cord) or size needed to obtain gauge • a tapestry needle • scissors • 3 different colors of sock yarn: I used Cosmic Strings Sock Blend 100g = 425m in CA: Cornflower 4g CB: Sprig 4g CC: Sandstone 1g • 1 removable stitch marker • 32cm 10x13x3mm metal chain (40 chain links) out of stainless steel • 15cm 4x3x0,8mm metal chain out of stainless steel • 60cm 3x2 metal chain out of stainless steel • 4 jump rings à 8mm out of stainless steel • 9 jump rings à 3mm out of stainless steel • 1 spring clasp 12mm out of stainless steel • 1 AnMiwe logo tag out of stainless steel (optional) • piece of plastic • 2 little pliers • 1 side cutter GAUGE: 32 sts x 64 rows = 10 x 10cm in garter stitch
