Sunwoven mesh shawl

SUNWOVEN MESH is a very interesting (and not so difficult), textured (3D) lace triangular shawl knitting pattern. It’s lightweight, airy, soft and drapes beautifully around the shoulders. The name is inspired by the French term “à jour” – open to daylight, airy, breathable. Pattern is charted and written in English (instructions row by row). Links to YouTube tutorials for the more complex stitches are included. Intermediate skill level required. **You need:** **1. Yarns** - this sample is made with 420gr of sport weight mixed woolen yarn (50gr/140m) in beige. **2. Needles:** * US 7 / 4.5mm in 32” / 80cm (or longer) circular; * tapestry needle or hook for weaving in ends; **Dimensions** (flat, fixed): 170cm x 90cm / 68" x 36" **Gauge** (is irrelevant): 16 sts / 28 rows = 10x10cm / 4x4”
