The Hug Shrug Cardi

This is a shawl with arms. Aptly called the Hug as it feels very much like a hug when you wear it. Easy and fun in the vibrant changing colors of the Malabrigo Seis Cabos yarn. It is knitted sideways from sleeve to sleeve. The Hug is knitted in one piece and therefore does not involve any sewing/make up instructions. The hug is only done in two sizes either small/medium or large/extra-large. The choice is more about what you want it to look like rather than the exact size to fit. Yarn and Gauge used - Malabrigo – Seis Cabos (colour Vicennial) S/M – 5 Skeins and L/XL – 6 Skeins Needles (DPNs and/or circular) in 4mm and 5mm (or to meet gauge as below) Pattern is written with S/M outside () and L/XL inside () ie. S/M(L/XL) Gauge (4”/10cm) 20st and 24rows in stocking stitch using 5mm / US8
