The top is made from two identical rectangular panels worked sideways and joined at the center front, center back and sides. There is no complicated neckline or armhole shaping, making this an enjoyable project for an advanced beginner who is comfortable following written crochet instructions. The lower border gives the top a softly fitted shape, while the crocheted drawstring allows you to adjust and gently cinch the hem.
