Jimothy the Seattle Raccoon

Jimothy is a Raccoon is a real life cryptid, and if you’ve seen any of my other patterns you know I love cryptids. In Seattle on Monday July 13th 2026 Kiana Hall took a video of a little raccoon with a congenital spinal deformity, posted the video online and the rest is history. Jimothy went viral and has become an internet legend. Since the viral video, folks have come forward sharing sightings and origin stories about Seattle’s new mascot. This little fuzzball has brought a lot of joy, so why not knit yourself up a pocket version to bring Jimothy along with you on your adventures? This is an English pattern written with US terminology.
