**Description:** This vibrant purse is worked from the bottom up, and is perfect for stashing your essentials or hauling a WIP around. Cheerful and compact, this pattern offers both the tomato and the blueberry motif, as well as general guidelines for modifying for a different colorwork chart so you can knit whatever matches your own personal style and mood. Thoughtful details create a charming yet functional piece, and the sturdy purse frame and tight gauge gives more structure than you’d normally find in a knit bag. The pattern also includes the optional modification to forgo the handle and work this as a clutch instead, and offers two methods by which you can form the handle: A simple method, or a seamless method, which allows you to choose your approach based on preference and skill level.
