Heaven Tee

This pattern is part of **Shine! Knitting with Beads**, a collection of 18 designs inspired by knitting with beads. Each project explores different techniques, textures, and constructions, inviting you to enjoy the creative process while knitting unique garments with a subtle touch of sparkle. **Available in English and Spanish**. **ABOUT THE PATTERN** The Heaven Tee was born from two of my previous independent designs, the [Heaven Cardigan][1] and the Heaven Sweater. Since the Heaven Cardigan is one of my most beloved and popular patterns, I felt this book wouldn’t be complete without a new interpretation of it. This tee preserves the same delicate spirit and features the same elements. Suggested yarn: Isager Trio 2 – 50% linen, 30% cotton, 20% lyocell (191 yds / 175 m – 50 g). 4 (4, 5, 5, 6) (6, 7, 7) skeins, colour: Indigo. **Recommended beads:** Round or delica 8/0 and square 3 mm. Bead 1: Miyuki, delica 8/0, approx. 37 (39, 40, 42, 44) (46, 48, 50) g, colour: gold (1832). Bead 2: Miyuki, delica 8/0, approx. 32 (34, 36, 40, 42) (44, 46, 48) g, colour: 0324. Bead 3: Miyuki, round 8/0, approx. 5 (5.5, 6, 6.5, 7) (8, 8, 8) g, colour: gold. **Needles and cables:** N1: US 2 / 2.75 mm circular needles, 16" / 40 cm and 32" / 80 cm long. N2: US 1 / 2.25 mm circular needles, 16" / 40 cm long. **Notions:** Crochet hook for beading [US 12 – 0.60 mm], crochet hook for provisional CO [US C/2 – 2.75 mm], row counter (recommended), stitch marker, tapestry needle, waste yarn or 1 stitch holder, scrap yarn. **GAUGE** 25 sts x 32 rows = 4" / 10 cm. Measured over Stockinette stitch after blocking, worked flat with N1 and MC. Make an additional swatch in the rnd, as the gauge may vary between flat and rnd knitting. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge for the body. **NOTES** The top is worked from the top down with a set-in sleeve. It begins with a provisional CO to work the back flat. Then, increases are made toward the armhole, and once completed, the stitches are set aside to work on the fronts. When the fronts are finished, they are joined with the back, and the body is continued in the round. The sleeves are started flat using short rows and then worked in the round.
