*Aurea Sweater* is a light, textured sweater designed for warm days and effortless layering. The all-over lace motif creates an airy fabric that feels light and breathable, while the slipped-rib lines add quiet structure and a subtle architectural touch. Worked in a soft cotton and modal blend, Aurea has beautiful drape and an easy elegance that pairs effortlessly with dresses, linen trousers or your favourite summer denim. **CONSTRUCTION** The sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down in the round. The yoke is shaped with raglan increases worked along four slipped-rib panels. Once the desired yoke depth is reached, the sleeves are separated from the body and placed on hold. The body is worked in the round while the slipped-rib panels continue uninterrupted along the sides. Sleeves are worked in the round in the lace pattern, with a slipped-rib panel running along the underarm. The lace fabric opens beautifully after blocking.
