**COMING SOON AUGUST 2026!** **DESCRIPTION** The Dahana Sweater Vest is a tabard-style vest with a high-low hem design. Designed with an oversized, unisex fit with 7 to 9 in (17.5 to 22.5 cm) of positive ease (extra room) to allow styling as a layering piece. Features bottom-up knitting construction, decorative garter stitch trim, slight chest and mid-back shaping, shoulder shaping using German short rows, ribbed folded collar with stretch, and side straps with buckle hardware. **SKILL LEVEL** Designed for the Advanced Beginner and beyond. This pattern uses increases/decreases, slipped stitches, as well as these techniques with video tutorials: Italian Tubular Cast-On, German short rows, 3-Needle Bind-Off, and Stretchy Folded Collar Bind-Off. **SIZING** To fit bust/chest sizes: **inches:** 30–32 (34–36, 38–40, 42–44, 46–48) (50–52, 54–56, 58–60, 62–64) **centimeters:** 75–80 (85–90, 95–100, 105–110, 115–120) (125–130, 135–140, 145–150, 155–160) **Finished flat across upper chest and shoulders: Sizes 1 ( 2, 3, 4, 5) (6, 7, 8, 9)** **inches:** 19.5 (21.5, 23.5, 25.5, 27.5) (29.5, 31.5, 33.5, 35.5) **centimeters:** 49 (54, 59, 64, 69) (74, 79, 84, 89) **Note on the fit:** The Dahana Sweater Vest features an oversized, relaxed fit with 7 to 9 IN (17.5 to 22.5 CM) of positive ease (= extra room) to allow styling as a layering piece. To choose your size, measure the circumference around the fullest part of your bust/chest, then add 7 to 9 IN (17.5 to 22.5 CM) (depending on how much ease you prefer), then select the closest size. If you fall outside of sizes, you may size up or down depending on whether you prefer more or less ease. *In the photos, Abolaji is wearing a Size 2. Her bust/chest is 36 in (90 cm), which gives her approx. 7 in (17.5 cm) of positive ease across the upper chest area.* **YARN** This sweater vest is designed for a Aran/Heavy Worsted weight wool yarn.
