You begin by casting on stitches for the yoke and working the lace pattern flat. Once the yoke is complete, the work is divided for body and sleeves: the body is worked flat in rows, while the sleeves are worked in the round. Both are continued in the lace pattern. The hem and cuffs are finished with a 1x1 half twisted rib. Stitches are then picked up along the front edges to create a double knitted button band. To complete the cardigan, stitches are picked up for the collar, which is worked in 1x1 half twisted rib and it’s double folded.
