Yardage in **one full hexagon** in off white cotton-acrylic **1170 yards (1070 m)**. The total yardage in the sample shown **7645 yards (6990 m)**. Yarn: Sport-weight cotton/acrylic blends, or high-quality acrylic in a solid color / 5 ply (UK). For a larger rug, use a thicker wool/acrylic blend and a larger hook. Hook: You may check gauge if you wish to match the same stitch size and yarn usage; otherwise, use a hook recommended for your yarn as your main hook, and a hook 1 mm smaller for the first rounds. 3 and 4 mm hooks were used in the sample shown.
