ADHD (Alicia's Donation Hat Design)

This hat recipe came out of my need to use up leftover yarn, my need for a simple and portable project to keep my hands busy on public transit, and my desire to use my craft to support my community. I call this a recipe more than a pattern because it is HIGHLY adaptable. I usually knit it with size 11 needles but I've used other sizes as well. I've knit it with just one bulky yarn and holding together four or more yarns of varying weights (these have been some of my favorite hats!) It's all about what you have to use and how the fabric feels. The end result is a squishy, warm double-brimmed stockinette beanie to keep anyone warm!
