도안 상세 설명 구글번역기로 번역하기
This simple icord garland features tiny flower-shaped bobbles that add a touch of whimsy to any setting. The pattern is a lot of fun and looks cute, but it was originally developed as a fun way for anyone learning my new Flower Bobble technique to try it out in the context of a simple and fast project.
This downloadable pattern includes:
* Written instructions
* Step-by-step photo tutorials
* Linked video guide to master the Flower Bobble stitch.
* Tips on how to customize the stitch by
adjusting petal count and petal size
to suit your vision.
The stitches can be used anywhere you would place a traditional bobble and combined with a variety of techniques. Try them out and practice with this garland, then try adding them to garter, stockinette, or any other basic textured stitch. They play nicely with brioche and cabled textures if you want to create more complex floral motifs.
These stitches also work well with assigned pooling to create a multi-color garland, simply work the icord until you get to your special color, then start the Flower Bobble instructions. [Feisty Fibres][1] has created a special Extended Pooling yarn with a specific amount of pop color for this technique and you can find it here. The flowers also work perfectly with many self-striping sock yarns but I haven't yet found one in my stash that's still in production. [Berroco Sox][2] and [Lion Brand Sock Ease][3] are both great options and similar yarns will work well too. **Please note:** a 5 petal flower as written in the pattern will use the equivalent of 45 stitches of garter stitch!
**If you feel unsure about your skill level and would like to try the Flower Bobble stitch, you can watch and follow the free tutorials on this [YouTube playlist][4].** Like most complex stitches, the instructions can take a few attempts to master, but the effect is worth the effort. The still images in this pattern are very helpful, but the video shows some of the more nuanced actions that are required to create these little flowers.
