Yarn Requirements To complete this project, you’ll need approximately 350 to 800 grams of category 2 yarn. The exact amount may vary depending on your chosen size and any adjustments you make. I recommend you use a natural and lightweight fiber, such as cotton or bamboo. Also check out the final page to see how much yarn the pattern testers used. Ex. I made an oversized Size M and used 460 grams for the mid-length version and 570 grams for the long version (male model). Yarn recommendation: Hobbii Friends cotton 8/4 Paintbox Yarns Cotton 4-ply Cotton Kings Cotton 8/4 In addition to the yarn, you’ll need a crochet hook appropriate for the yarn of your choice (ex. 3.5mm), measuring tape and needle. Optional but recommended: wooden blocking board. Skill Level This pattern is suitable for crocheters with intermediate skills as it requires the crocheter to be able to measure and use some math.
