Bubblegum Blitz Shortie Socks

This pattern is my daughter’s favorite summer shortie socks I make for her. I thought it might be time to publish it! She picked the name, too! -Lindsay Materials Needed: o 50g of fingering weight yarn (pictured “Candy Girl” by All The Colors Yarn Co) o 25 g of CC1 (pic neon yellow) o 25g of CC2 (pic neon purple) o 25g of CC3 (pic pastel pink) o (you won’t use all of the yarn in these minis) o Size US 1.5 / 2.5 mm (or size needed to obtain gauge): o Gauge: 10 sts x 12 rows per square inch o Tapestry Needle o Scissors Sizes: o Small (Medium, Large) o Approximate ankle circumference per size: 7-8.5” (8.5-10”, 10-11.5”) Abbreviations: o K – knit / P - purl o ssk - slip 2 sts knit-wise, then knit together through the back loop o K2tog - knit next 2 sts together o BOR – beginning of round o sts – stitches o * repeat to end – repeat the stitch pattern between the * * for as many stitches as remain in the round o Rnd – round Skill Level: Advanced Beginner Skills Required: knit, purl, decreasing, simple colorwork, heel flap and gusset, Kitchener stitch
