It's worked in the round from the bottom up, starting with a hair tie that creates a stretchy built-in opening at the base so bags slide out easily, and it ends with a hanging loop crocheted right in, so it's ready to go on a hook the moment you're done. Practical, pretty, and honestly way too cute for grocery bags. The bottom of the holder is worked with hdc in the round. The body is worked in the ***[Circle Leaf Stitch][1]***, which gives the whole thing that gorgeous textured look and just enough stretch to stuff with as many bags as you can fit. A few rounds of hdc build out a structured base, and the whole thing comes together in one piece with no seaming. One size fits comfortably on a hook and holds a full stash of plastic bags.
