Scarf/stole in fingering or sport weight yarn. Intriguing pinwheel pattern with fancy knitted-on edging and I-cord sides. Warm for winter in sport weight wool, delicate in any fingering yarn for cool summer evenings. Gauge is not critical. You will need 5-6 skeins of sport or fingering yarn to complete. Due to the optical effect of the pattern, variegated yarns are not recommended. A good challenge for lace knitters ready to move beyond beginner stage.
