Sample is in Merino in Powder colorway **Needles:** 2.5 mm / US1.5 circular needles and 3 mm / US2.5 circular and double-pointed needles, or in size to obtain gauge **Gauge (after blocking):** 28 sts and 38 rows = 10 cm [4”] in st st with 3 mm / US2.5 needles **Notions:** Stitch markers, waste yarn or stitch holders, tapestry needle, crochet hook, 1 button Lace Dress features a beautiful lace skirt and waist ties that are tied at the back. The dress is worked using 1 strand of either Merino, Cotton Merino or Pure Silk. The lace pattern is charted only. The skirt is worked in the round from the bottom up to the waist. Here, a welt is first worked across the front yoke before two i-cord ties are worked in the extension of the welt. Afterwards, front and back yoke are finished separately back and forth in stockinette stitch. The back has a little slit/keyhole opening that closes with a button. I-cord edges finish the neckline and armhole edges.
