Aura Cardigan

This is a very open, oversized crochet cardigan pattern, top-down, seamless construction, the body worked in rows and the sleeves worked in rounds, written using UK crochet terminology. This pattern is suited to intermediate crocheters. **Materials** 8mm crochet hook This pattern was designed using The Camel's Yarn Comfort DK in Salt-etched Sea Glass. This yarn is 70% alpaca, 20% silk, 10% cashmere. If using this yarn you will need 3, 3, 4, (4, 4, 4) 4, 4, 4 skeins. Alternatively, you will need approximately 630, 650, 690 (700, 720, 720) 780, 790, 800 metres. **Gauge and sizing** This garment uses lemon peel stitch, which consists of alternating dc and tr stitches. In this stitch pattern, the gauge for this garment is 9 stitches and 7 rows per 10cm This garment is designed to be worn with 48-60cm/19-23” of positive ease in sizes 1, 2, 3, (4, 5, 6) 7, 8, 9 (detailed below). If you are between sizes, I would recommend sizing down due to the already oversized fit of this cardigan. To fit bust/chest circumference 28-30”, 32-34”, 36-38”, (40-42”, 44-46”, 49-50”) 52-54”, 56-58”, 60-62” Sample shown in size 3 on a 39” bust.
