Yoshi Rollneck

**Overview** The Yoshi Rollneck sweater is a lightweight, machine washable dog sweater. The sweater is knitted top down starting with the rolled neck edge. Increases are worked out to the widest part of the chest and then the leg holes are casted off and on. Decreases are worked to shape the belly and then the back is shaped with German short rows and finished with a ribbed edge. The sweater may be worked with or without stripes. **Sizes** XXS (XS) S (M) L The sweater is designed to fit pets with the following measurements: Note: Chest circumference should be measured right behind the front legs **Chest:** 10-12 (12-14.5) 15-17 (17-20) 20-24 inches **Neck:** 7-9 (9-10) 9.5-12 (12-14) 14-17 inches **Back length:** 8-11 (12-15) 14-16 (16-18) 19-22 inches The sweater is designed with slight negative ease for a secure, stay-in-place fit. Choose your size based primarily on chest circumference. If your pet falls between sizes, it is recommended to size down. Back lengths are approximate. 
 **Cats:** The sweater can be made for cats, but it was designed for a dog’s more restricted shoulder blade structure. You may choose to bind off and on a few more stitches for the leg holes to accommodate higher shoulder mobility. If your cat has a longer back, you may also work extra rows for the underbelly and add more short rows to the back shaping.
