**ABOUT THE PATTERN** Waves Cardigan is inspired by the sea: its calm, its depth, and the movement of the waves. It is a very interesting pattern to knit due to its construction. In addition, you can take advantage of leftover yarns. It begins at the right front and is worked using different stitch patterns, including eyelets, beads, welts, and mosaic. After completing the right front, stitches are bound off to shape the armhole and then cast on again to continue with the back. When reaching the second armhole, the same process is repeated to begin the left front, whose stitches are then placed on hold. The shoulders are seamed, and stitches are picked up around the armholes to work the sleeves in the round.
