Lily Cardi

For the Lily Cardi I wanted to create an open cardigan that feels comfortable and relaxed. After testing many stitches and making a lot of swatches, I chose this stitch with puff stitches that remind me of lily flowers. It gives the piece a beautiful texture and a nice weight. I also loved how well it works with the ribbed details on the cuffs, front opening, hemline, and collar. It’s the kind of piece you can just throw over jeans and a T-shirt, and suddenly the whole outfit feels a bit more special. The construction is simple and stress-free, as it’s worked mostly straight and creates a drop-shoulder shape. It’s the perfect cardigan for mid-season, with a slightly oversized fit. The pattern includes written instructions, schematics, and seven video tutorials for specific steps to help guide you along the way.
