Wandering Mind Wrap

*A quick project that is easy to put down and pick back up again, will travel well, and is very easy to remember. If your mind likes to wander, you are struggling with focus, or would just like something easy for social situations, I made this for you. The pattern is a simple texture stich called half double crochet in between. Half double crochets are simply worked in the space between stitches of the previous row, and a simple increase is worked along one edge to form a triangular shaped wrap.* **Materials:** - One ball Rico Design Creative Melange Aran Wonderball - 200g 700yds 51/49 Wool/Acrylic (shown in color 004 multicolor) * Note: If substituting yarn, you will need a minimum of 500 yds to get a nice scarf sized wrap. This yarn is a thick and thin spun yarn with just a few places I’d consider Aran weight. Dk weight seems more accurate a description. * - US K crochet hook - *Optional* - one locking stitch marker to denote the increase edge of work - Scissors and yarn needle for weaving in ends **Measurements:** Shawl will measure approximately 65 inches along straight non increase side, 33 inches deep along finished edge. Shawl was lightly blocked by soaking in water with a bit of non-rinsing wool wash, reshaping and allowing to dry flat. **Gauge** should be loose. Because of the thick and thin nature of the yarn, the gauge varies slightly throughout the shawl: 10-11 sts x 10-11 rows in a 4x4 inch square.
