도안 상세 설명 구글번역기로 번역하기
Scrumbus is an ominous hat with a unique construction. It can be knit in any reasonable yarn—it’s great for handspun (see the green/yellow sample) or soft wool scraps (red multi).
This is a pretty easy knit for anyone with intermediate knitting skills—a determined raw beginner could make this project, but it might not be intuitive.
This is a free-gauge pattern, so it’s great for scraps! Both of my main samples are knit in an aran/light bulky weight, so this PDF includes the stitch counts and gauge to knit those
**Materials:**
* ~200+ yards of yarn; the red, current sample is made from O-Wool Classic Worsted, Malabrigo Yarn Worsted, and some odds and ends of Lion Brand and handspun wool blends.
* 1 16" circular needles in size needed for gauge (US8-9/5.0-5.5mm to knit the sample)
* 1 set of DPNs in the same size needed for gauge
tapestry needle for weaving in ends
* 2 removable stitch markers
**Gauge:**
Gauge for the red-multi sample in aran wool is 16 sts and 26 rows over 4"/10cm of stockinette, worked in the round and blocked lightly.
**Measurements:**
This hat is knit to a custom circumference, and the instructions walk you through that. A little bit of negative ease helps the fit.
The main samples are both size large—around 10"/25cm across and 10"/25cm tall, or a relaxed 20"/51cm circumference. They are too big for the wig form I use to model them.
