The Blooming Bandana is a textured crochet head scarf featuring the tulip stitch (worked upsidedown though). Do a regular SC, then do the 2nd SC on top of the 1st SC by inserting the hook into the leg of the 1st SC instead of into the V. - DC = Double crochet - 5 DC CL = 5 double crochet cluster.
