Rosebud Cardigan is a cosy spacious cardigan, worked from the top down in Half Fisherman’s rib stitch with cables featured down the front center. First the back is worked back and forth with increases either side. Stitches are then picked up along the back yoke to form each front whilst shaping the neck and subsequently the underarms. The front is then joined with the back and worked back and forth for the remainder of the body. Stitches are picked up around the armhole for the sleeves, which are worked in the round. All edges are worked in a half-twisted rib and bound off using the Italian Bind-off technique. A double- knit button band is worked on both side of the cardigan.
