Easter Egg Covers

I found these giant Easter Eggs for my grands and immediately imagined all the goodies I would fill them with! I was even going to put them in those pretty cellophane bags with a giant bow on top. Then I thought to myself, “Are you crazy?! You have an EXCESS of yarn at home…just make a cool cover!!!” Et Voila! I guess the voices got it right this time Even though you’ll be using the magical seamless join for this kind of crochet mesh, the basic Egg Cover is definitely a **BEGINNER** FRIENDLY pattern, although the curlicue tie may be more **ADVANCED BEGINNER**. But No Worries, at 11 pages, this pattern has a full photo tutorial for BOTH! Beginners will enjoy learning a new technique and more experienced crocheter’s will love how fast these are to whip up!
