Melt the ICE Mini Hat

Great size for anyone (like me) who doesn’t wear hats but wants the symbol. Can be tied onto purse, bag, ponytail, keychain, lapel pin, whatever. Brim can be folded up or left down. Gauge does not matter since it’s not meant to wear. Just have fun and spread the love. Credit to Jennifer McCartney (@xenazeal) whose pattern I modified for this version with permission. Made in the round from top down with a Magic Ring base. Long starting tail is used to create the tassel tail. I encourage use of the yarn weight and hook size that suits you and works for whatever red yarn you can find. I’ve been making and sharing these with my neighborhood groups here in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. I am not selling these and ask that you don’t either. If you choose to sell them anyhow, please only do so to raise funds for organizations fighting against tyranny.
