MATERIALS AND TOOLS. • For this toy is used Pehorka Openwork 306 yards (280 meters), 50 grams (1.76 ounces), for the best quality I recommend 100%. • 5 main colors on example, every color less then 25 gr. First navy, second light blue, third mustard, fourth dark red, fifth emerald color. For desired, add for the wings lurex yarn with sequins, and DMC floss metallic thread for the back and legs. 2 additional colors for the inner invisible detail. These colors are not important, just take different the body colors. You can use wings colors for example. I used pink and white. Need a small quantity. • Hook from 0,75 mm till 1,25 mm, depends on mark hook and style of your crocheting. Crocheting should be very, very tight. • Filler holofiber for stuffing. Tweezers also for stuffing. Sewing needle. • Steel wire frame for the wings 0,9 mm, for mustache floristic frame 0,75 mm. • Glass cabochon 20 mm in diameter. Acrylic paints and metallic acrylic paints for paint on the glass cabochon. Or ready decorative detail with suitable style. • Glass eyes on the pin or loop, 5 mm. And durable threads. • Soft pastel for painting on the toy. In this case soft pastel can be replaced by oil pastel or by proof liners. Acrylic varnish for use with soft pastel. PVA glue for priming. • Brushes for painting. Yellow polymer clay or suitable colors for making decorative element. • And universal invisible glue, that not leave traces for the eyes. I recommend Moment Crystal by Henkel. • For desired use varnish for the sculpt details. I use UV gel polish and UV lamp.
