Sample Knit in/ Amount needed: Lana Grossa Cool Wool approx. (120g) Lana Grossa Silkhair approx. (25g) If you plan on making adjustments in the length of the bonnet, consider purchasing an additional skein of wool Size: One size (fits adult woman's/ Teenager's head) Languages: English German Needles used: 4 mm (US 6) circular needles (for crown and body) 3 mm (US 2.5) circular needles (for double knitted edges) Construction: The Florence Bonnet is worked flat, beginning with the crown in a floral lace pattern. Stitches are then picked up along the sides of the crown to form the body. The bonnet is finished with double knitting across the front edge and at the lower edge. Techniques used: double knitting italian cast-on and bind-off reading a chart (written instructions are also included)
