Easy Chunky ICE OUT Hat

This is a simple, chunky weight take on the Norwegian protest hat. It uses garter stitch instead of ribbing for the brim. You seam that together in a circle and pick up one side to knit the top of the hat. If you're feeling fancy, you can do a provisional cast on and kitchener the ends together instead.
