Cowl #12

Cowl #12 is worked top-down and shaped by increases. The technique used is 2-color brioche knitting in the round. The design consists of 3 stitch patterns, and all increases are worked in only 2 rounds, most at the shoulders and fewer at the back center and even fewer at the front center, resulting in a very nice fit. For the dark cowl I used Malabrigo Sock, colors Piedras (862) and Chocolate Amargo (812), for the light cowl I used DROPS Alpaca, colors 9020 and 6736. Other yarn of similar qualities can be used. Yardage: Light Color approx. 257 yds. (235 meters) Dark Color approx. 270 yds. (250 meters)
