Capybara

A snuggly friend for capybara lovers everywhere! While the sample was made using worsted yarn (9 wpi) with a 3.5mm hook, and 12mm safety eyes, this pattern would work well with any size or texture of yarn, as long as hook and eye size is adjusted properly. The sample is roughly 8 inches tall. Larger yarn and a larger hook would yield a larger project. Pattern is worked in continuous rounds (spiral). Do not slip stitch each round closed. Abbreviations: MR - Magic ring/magic circle St - Stitch (of the previous round) SC - Single crochet Ch - Chain (X) - There should be X stitches in this row Inc - Increase: place 2 stitches into one stitch from the previous row Dec - Invisible decrease: place your hook under the front loop only of the next TWO stitches, pull up a loop, yarn over, pull through both loops (2 sc, inc) x 6: SC in each of the next two stitches, then Inc in the next.
