Resist Fascism Hat Pattern

I have provided this pattern for free, but the inspiration is drawn from the [Melt the Ice Hat][1], by [Paul Neary][2] for [Needle and Skein][3], a LYS in Minneapolis. I encourage you to use the link on their site ([HERE][4]) to make a donation to local immigrant aid organizations, and the funds will be disbursed to those in Minneapolis who are being impacted by ICE This version is a classic beanie with a folded brim and stockinette body. The decreases create a pointed top, and directions include a braided tassel in the Norwegian resistance tradition. Knit, wear, fight fascism. Written directions are for one size fits most adults (22” circumference). I used Malabrigio Rios for the sample and I get gauge on a US7. Use any worsted weight yarn and needle combo that gives you 4.5 sts per 1” in stockinette (best to measure gauge in the round).
