こまリブ the Koma-Rib

This sweater begins with a foundation chain. The hem ribbing is worked in slip stitches, while the rest of the garment is worked in single crochet. By working into only half of the loops (BLO/FLO), the fabric gains elasticity and a unique texture. This is a seamless pattern. It starts at the center of back panel, extends out to create the sleeves, continues to the front panel, and works all the way around back to the beginning. You can complete the entire project without cutting your yarn even once. Currently, the pattern is available in one size only (equivalent to Japanese size S-M). In addition to the specified yarn, "Everyday Alpaca," I also made a sample using Gosyo Sangyo's "Honwaka Hitsuji-chan" and Yuzawaya's "Combination Gold." Although both are Sport - DK weight yarns, the version made with "Hitsuji-chan" turned out slightly larger, and "Combination" much more. As you can see, you can adjust the finished size slightly by choosing a yarn with a different thickness. When using a yarn other than the specified one, please be sure to make a swatch to check your gauge. I recommend using a hook size larger than what is suggested on the yarn label to crochet with a relaxed tension. 鎖の作り目で始め、すそリブを引き抜き編み、それ以外を細編みで編むセーターです。半目のみを拾うことで、伸縮性に加えて編み地に独特のテクスチャーが生まれます。細編みで編む模様編みAがリブ状に見え、かつリブと同様に伸縮性に富むため「こまリブセーター」という名前をつけました。 後ろ身ごろから始めて袖を編み出し、そのまま前身ごろに進んでぐるっと一周して編み始めに戻る、シームレスなパターンです。一度も糸を切らずに編み終えることができます。 現在はワンサイズのみ（日本サイズでS-M相当）の展開です。見本は指定糸のエブリデイアルパカのほか、ごしょう産業の「ほんわかひつじちゃん」ユザワヤ「コンビネーションゴールド」でも編んでいます。同じ合太ですが「ひつじちゃん」で編んだもののほうが一回り、「コンビネーション」がもう一回り大きくなりました。このように糸の太さで多少サイズ感を変更していただくことが可能だと思います。 指定糸以外で編むときは必ずスワッチを編んでゲージを確認してください。糸に書かれている推奨針よりも大きい号数のものでゆったりと編むことをおすすめします。
