Microwave Bowl Cozy

This pattern is written to fit a standard size bowl and fits several different kinds of soup/cereal bowls I’ve tried it with, but can easily be made to fit larger serving bowls (see notes in pattern). You want to make sure the yarn is 100% cotton to ensure it’ll stand up to wear and be safe for the microwave. This pattern is simple and uses the Moss Stitch. If you are unfamiliar with this stitch, there are hyperlinks in the pattern that will take you to a website that has a detailed tutorial that shows both right and left handed! It takes about 1/3 to 1/2 of a 120yds skein of Loops & Threads Everyday Cotton to make one as per the written pattern. I plan to update the pattern with step-by-step images in the future.
