**Materials:** Worsted weight yarn: *If making 2 covers, double the amount needed* Red Heart Buff- 6oz per cover, approx. 324 yards Red Heart Burgundy - 3oz per cover, approx. 162 yards Red Heart Soft White – 1oz per cover, approx. 53 yards Red Heart Black – 1oz per cover, approx. 53 yards Darning needle to hide tails and sew appliques Scissors Stitch markers 5mm hook for main cover 4mm hook for applique **Abbreviations:** SLST- Slip Stitch MR- Magic ring/Magic Circle SC- Single Crochet SC INC- Single crochet increase (2 SC in same stitch) DC- Double Crochet DEC- Decrease DC INC- Increase (2 DC in same stitch) **Special Stitches:** Surface stitch: make a slip knot, remove hook, insert hook into desired stitch, attach slip knot back on hook, pull up slip knot, insert hook into next desired stitch, pull up a loop and complete a SLST.
