ICE OUT

I believe art is a form of protest, and as such here is another protest square. This square is for the thousands of families who have been separated by ICE and those who have died at ICE's hands. Pattern is written for interlocking crochet, but also includes an *untested* chart and instructions for c2c, as well as a chart for mosaic crochet (the mosaic crochet chart does not have any instructions.) For the C2C and Mosaic crochet you will need to have previous knowledge of these techniques, or look up how to do them. You can use really any yarn or hook, but it will impact the size. With a 5.5 mm hook, it will end up being approx 1 ft x 1 ft. Do not hesitate to reach out with questions. The pattern is free.
