Wildshores Blanket CAL

"The Wildshore blanket was designed especially for my 2026 annual crochet-along. It was inspired by my love of coastal walking, and is crocheted using a soft colour palette of coastal and floral hues. The undulating scallop pattern evokes memories of the wild northern coast where sand dunes give way to rocky shores with the wide open vista of sea and sky beyond." Each scallop stripe is crocheted in two rows using a simple combination of dc and tr stitches. The pattern follows a four row repeat which is easy to memorise and suitable for beginners. Lucy of Attic24 Stylecraft Special - one yarn pack will make a blanket measuring approx. 120 x 170cm. Yarnsmiths Merino - one yarn pack will make a blanket measuring approx. 100 x 150cm. Tension 29 st per 18 cms on 4mm hook
