Cosy Christmas trees ornaments

To inspire you to prepare for a peaceful Christmas full of little touches, I've put together a new tutorial on the blog showing you how to make these little Christmas trees, which are very easy to knit and embroider using leftover yarn. They are knitted in the round without seams, starting at the bottom of the tree with a Turkish Cast On, just like knitting socks starting at the toe. The thickness of Ulysse is perfect for their size and its carded texture gives them a charming rustic and soft look! You will need less than 5 g per tree to make them, so it's a perfect little project for using up leftover balls of yarn :) The trees pictured were made using ‘‘cèdre’’, ‘‘poivre’’, ‘‘poivre blanc’’ and ‘‘granit’’ yarns and embroidered with the same colours plus ‘‘doré’’, ‘‘sel’’ and ‘‘aubépine’’. Pour vous donner envie de préparer un Noël paisible et riche de petites attentions, je vous ai préparé sur le blog un nouveau tutoriel pour réaliser ces petits sapins très faciles à tricoter et brodés avec quelques restes de fils. Ils se tricotent en rond et sans couture en commençant par le bas du corps du sapin, avec un montage turc, comme pour tricoter des chaussettes commençant par la pointe. L’épaisseur d’Ulysse st parfaite pour leur taille et sa texture cardée leur donne un charmant air rustique et moelleux ! Il vous faudra moins de 5 g par sapin pour les réaliser et c’est donc un petit projet parfait pour utiliser des fins de pelotes :) Les sapins photographiés ont été réalisés en "cèdre", "poivre", "poivre blanc" et "granit" et brodés avec les mêmes coloris + "doré", "sel" et "aubépine".
