Once you’ve learned the basic stitches, it can be hard to know where to go next. The beginner crochet basket is a great next step after you’ve mastered working the single crochet stitch. Worked with big yarn and simple stitches, you can practice adding to your skill just a few easy steps at a time. Once you’ve finished your basket, you’ll have a beautiful and practical finished project and a new skill you can confidently take to new and more challenging projects! Materials: Yarn: Any super bulky (6 weight) yarn approx. 86 yds of MC and 42 yds of CC for approx. 128 yds. total Hook: US K-10 1/2 (6.5mm) Scissors Tapestry Needle All my patterns use US crochet terms.
